Its prime location right in the heart of Cartagena's walled city, with a 24-hour store below and vibrant nightlife just across the street, added to the charm of my stay. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional staff, particularly the amazing hostess who warmly welcomed me and made me feel right at home."

I stayed in the suite number 1, with the balcony, it was great, it’s good enough for two people to spend a week or 2 at the city. The air worked really well leaving the room very cool and nice to sleep. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were super comfortable. They have hot water for the showers as well, that was really positive. Overall it was great!

Super clean & in the old center of Cartagena. You’re a step away from the city. Staff was super friendly and professional. my room was the cutest and the biggest. I had the balcony which was a plus!!

Nice place in the center of the walled city. Downsides balanced out by great upsides. Small rooms, but best AC you'll have in all of Colombia. Small showers, but water gets as hot as you like. Best part is there are no windows, so you get quality sleep without hearing the early AM noise from the street below. Also, rooms have large TVs with Netflix.

Location was awesome, best in the city. Read a lot about hot water issues and bad wifi but nothing to complain about, they work fine. Nice staff too.
